Position Summary
Position Demands
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in EHV transmission line construction. Ability to operate in a professionally ethical and transparent manner.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
1. Project & Construction Management
- Lead execution of EHV transmission line projects within approved timelines.
- Manage EPC contractors and subcontractors for smooth site execution.
- Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
2. Statutory Clearances
- Prepare, submit, and track statutory crossing proposals.
- Coordinate with authorities for timely inspections, NOCs, and approvals.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with government authorities, district administration, and local stakeholders.
- Resolve Right-of-Way (RoW) issues to ensure uninterrupted project progress.
4. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory safety standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor HSE performance and promote a strong safety culture.
5. Quality Assurance
- Ensure construction activities comply with quality standards and project specifications.
- Monitor and address quality issues to achieve successful project delivery.
