Lead - Systems

Purpose of Role

The Lead - Systems role is responsible for driving HR systems governance, process excellence, and technology-enabled interventions across the HR value chain including Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Shared Services, HR Operations, Compliance Governance, and HRMS administration. The incumbent will own SAP SuccessFactors administration, system enhancements, reporting, data governance, analytics, and AI-led automation initiatives while serving as the single source of truth for HR data.

Strong HR analytics and reporting capabilities
HR Operations and Rewards process management experience
Stakeholder management and project execution skills
Strong understanding of HR value chain and data governance

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1.    Own and administer SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems, ensuring data integrity, security, reliability, and continuous improvement. 
2.    Lead implementation, upgrades, maintenance, integrations, and user support activities across HR technology platforms. 
3.    Drive HR analytics, workforce reporting, headcount tracking, dashboarding, and management information systems. 
4.    Manage performance and rewards system readiness including increments, variable pay, incentives, recognition programs, goal setting, performance reviews, PIP cycles, ESAR/ESOP administration, and related workflows. 
5.    Establish robust governance around employee data, compliance reporting, payroll inputs, insurance administration, and HR operational controls. 
6.    Leverage AI, predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve HR decision-making, efficiency, and user experience across HR functions.
