Position Summary

Lead the end-to-end management of Right of Way (ROW) matters, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues and clearances to support project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. Drive engagement with District Administration and relevant authorities for ROW resolution, land compensation orders, and associated legal matters. Ensure compliance with national and multilateral requirements, while maintaining cost efficiency through effective budgeting and asset management. Monitor ROW performance metrics, proactively identify risks and implement mitigation measures, while driving initiatives to establish industry-leading RO management practices.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1. Sector Execution: Own end-to-end execution of the assigned project sector, ensuring delivery in line with approved scope, timelines, cost, quality and safety standards.
2. EPC Coordination & L2 Adherence: Coordinate closely with the EPC team/contractors to ensure execution as per the L2 project schedule, proactively identifying slippages, constraints and recovery actions.
3. ROW Management: Monitor and drive resolution of ROW issues within the assigned sector, prioritizing issues based on severity and escalating critical matters to the appropriate administrative authorities.
4. Stakeholder & Administration Coordination: Liaise with District Administration, DM, SP, Revenue Authorities and local stakeholders for critical ROW matters, land compensation and execution-related issues.
5. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with EPC, Project Management, ROW, Quality, Safety and other functional teams to remove execution bottlenecks and ensure seamless project delivery.

• Timely resolution/escalation of ROW and site constraints to minimize impact on execution
• Effective EPC/contractor management with adherence to schedule, resource deployment and productivity targets
• Compliance with Quality & EHS standards, with timely closure of observations and non-conformities
• Proactive identification and mitigation of schedule, ROW, quality and safety risks
• Effective cross-functional coordination with EPC, ROW, Quality, Safety and Project teams
