Position Summary

Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with company values and ESG goals.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and monitor CSR projects in areas like education, health, and environment.
2. Collaborate with NGOs, government bodies, and community stakeholders.
3. Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and maintain proper documentation/reporting.
4. Measure and evaluate the social impact of CSR initiatives.
5. Drive employee engagement through volunteering and internal CSR programs.
6. Support communication and branding of CSR activities through reports and storytelling.

Critical Success Factors - Essential

1. Proven experience in planning and executing CSR/community development programs
2. Strong understanding of CSR regulations, compliance, documentation and reporting
3. Experience working with NGOs, government bodies and community stakeholders
4. Ability to manage multiple CSR projects, budgets, timelines and implementation partners
5. Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills

Critical Success Factors - Desirable

1. Exposure to ESG, sustainability or broader social-impact initiatives
2. Experience in CSR impact assessment and measurement frameworks
3. Established network with NGOs, implementation partners and government agencies
4. Experience handling multi-location CSR programs
5. Experience in employee volunteering, CSR communication and impact storytelling
