Manager - HSE (Projects)(5552)

Purpose of Role

End to end HSE and best practices of Safety in TL and SS site.

Location- Latur- Maharashtra

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  1. HSE Compliance: Ensure implementation of HSE policies, project HSE plans, procedures and statutory requirements across sites.
  2. Risk & Safety Monitoring: Conduct site inspections, identify hazards/unsafe practices and ensure appropriate risk controls are implemented.
  3. Stop Work & Corrective Action: Exercise Stop Work Authority for critical safety deviations and ensure corrective actions before work resumes.
  4. Incident & Contractor Management: Drive contractor HSE compliance and manage reporting, investigation and closure of incidents, near misses and HSE non-conformities.
  5. HSE Governance & Reporting: Facilitate audits, toolbox talks and HSE meetings; maintain safety reports, action trackers and escalate critical risks to management.
